The erphome.pl panel lets you add extra people to handle bookings — reception, the cleaning crew, accounting or a co-owner. Each of them signs in with their own email and sees only the apartments and features you assign. The owner account always keeps full access.
You'll find the section in the panel menu under "Users" — it's visible only to the account owner.
Why add users
Instead of sharing your own login and password, you give each person a separate account with exactly the scope they need:
- Reception — viewing and confirming bookings, the calendar, adding manual bookings.
- Cleaning — the calendar and date overview only, with no access to pricing and guest data.
- Accounting — statistics and history, with no ability to edit the apartment.
- Collaborator — full operational scope, but without access to the subscription and subscription payments.
The billing sections — Account, the subscription, invoices, custom domain, additional apartments and the user list — stay available only to the owner. An added user won't see them, even with the full set of operational permissions.
How to add a user
Go to panel menu → Users and fill in the "Add user" form:
- Full name — shown in the user list.
- Email (login) — the address the person will sign in with. It can't be the owner's address or an address already added to this account.
- Apartment access — choose "All apartments" or "Selected only" and tick the specific properties.
- Permissions — tick at least one feature (the list below).
Click "Add and send invitation". You must tick at least one permission and at least one apartment, otherwise the form won't go through.
Permission catalog
Each permission unlocks one panel feature. They're enforced server-side — hiding an item in the menu is just cosmetic.
| Permission | What it unlocks |
|---|---|
| View bookings | The booking list and details |
| Add bookings | Adding bookings manually |
| Manage bookings | Changing statuses, confirming and cancelling |
| Calendar | The availability view |
| Date blocks | Manual date blocking |
| Edit apartment description and notifications | Basic information, amenities, notifications |
| Photos | The apartment gallery |
| Pricing, discounts and promo codes | Prices, discounts, promo codes |
| Payment gateway | Przelewy24 / PayU keys for guest payments |
| iCal calendars | Synchronization with Booking.com and Airbnb |
| Guest reviews | Review moderation |
| Statistics | Revenue and occupancy |
The "Payment gateway" permission concerns the gateway keys for guest payments on the booking page — it doesn't grant access to payments for your subscription. Those remain available only to the owner.
Invitation and first sign-in
What happens after adding someone depends on whether the given email already has an erphome.pl account:
- A new person — gets an invitation email with a "Set a password and sign in →" link. The link is valid for 48 hours. After setting a password, they sign in like any user. Until then their status is invited.
- A person with an existing account (e.g. already working for another owner) — access works right away, with no new password to set. They sign in with their existing password and, once signed in, choose which account to work in. They only get a notification about the new access. Their status is active immediately.
User statuses
In the list, each user has one of the statuses:
- active — can sign in and use the granted features.
- invited — the invitation was sent, but the person hasn't set a password yet. If the email didn't arrive, use "Resend".
- disabled — access suspended, the account and history remain. The "Enable" button restores access at any time.
Editing, disabling and deleting
For each user you have these actions:
- Edit — change the apartment scope and permissions. The name and email are fixed (they're the person's login details).
- Disable / Enable — temporarily revoke or restore access without deleting the account. Useful when someone is on leave or ends a seasonal cooperation.
- Delete — permanently revokes access to your panel. If the person doesn't work for any other owner, their account is deleted entirely.
One person, several owners
If the same email is added to the panels of several owners (e.g. a cleaning company serving several accounts), the person has one password and chooses the account from a list after signing in. Without signing out, they switch between accounts with the "Switch account" item in the panel menu (visible only when they have access to more than one account).
Security
- Every user action goes into the account's event log — you know who changed what.
- Permissions are checked on every request server-side, so a user can't bypass the restrictions by typing a subpage address manually.
- The owner's email can't be a user account at the same time — these are two separate roles.
- Each user signs in with their own password and can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account — you don't share your own login with anyone.
