You can recover a forgotten panel password yourself, without contacting support. Request a link on the sign-in page, then set a new password from the email. The same flow works for owners and for added panel users — reception, cleaning staff or accounting.
If you remember your password and only want to change it from inside the panel, see Changing your password and email. The reset below is for when you cannot sign in at all.
Step 1 — request a reset link
Open the panel sign-in page (panel.erphome.pl) and click "Forgot password" below the form. On the "Forgot password" page:
- Enter the email address you use to sign in to the panel.
- Click "Send reset link".
You always see the same message: "If an account with this address exists, we'll send a password reset link." It stays identical whether or not the address has an account — so nobody from the outside can find out who uses erphome by trying other people's addresses.
If the email doesn't arrive, check two things: that you're entering the address you actually sign in with (not another company one), and that the message didn't land in spam.
Step 2 — set a new password
Open the email and click the reset button. The link is single-use and valid for 24 hours from sending. It opens the "Set a new password" page:
- In "New password", enter a new password — at least 8 characters.
- In "Repeat password", enter it again.
- Click "Save new password".
You'll see the confirmation "Password changed. You can sign in now." and return to sign-in with your new password.
When the link doesn't work
The link stops working once it's used or after 24 hours. Opened later, it shows "The link is invalid or has expired. Request a new one." — click "Request a new link" and repeat step 1. Each new link cancels the previous one, so always use the latest email.
Reset and two-factor authentication (2FA)
A reset changes only the password — it does not turn off two-factor authentication. If you have it enabled, you'll still enter the code from your authenticator app after signing in with the new password. If you've lost access to that app, resetting the password alone isn't enough — contact support to recover access.
Accounts that sign in with Google
If you usually enter the panel with the "Sign in with Google" button, you may not have a password set at all. A reset lets you create one: after both steps you can sign in two ways — the Google button or email and password. The Google button keeps working; the reset disconnects nothing.
Invited panel users
For someone who was just added to the panel, the first link from the invitation serves the same purpose as a reset — it sets the first password and activates access. If the invitation expires, or that person later forgets their password, they use the same reset as the owner: "Forgot password" on the sign-in page.
