erphome.pl works on a monthly subscription model with no long-term contracts and no commission on bookings. You pay a fixed amount — regardless of how many bookings you take.

The first 2 apartments are always included in the base plan.
Example: 4 apartments + a custom domain: 34.99 + 2 × 15.00 + 10.00 = PLN 74.99 net/mo (PLN 92.24 gross)
Discounts for longer periods
The discount applies only to the base plan fee. Additional apartments and the custom domain are not discounted.

On the annual plan the base plan effectively costs PLN 27.99 net/mo — you save PLN 84 net compared with 12 monthly payments.
Free months for referrals
You can lower your subscription cost through the referral program. For each person who registers from your link and pays their first subscription, your account is extended by 30 days free of charge. There's no referral limit — each one counts separately.
You'll find your referral link in My account → Refer friends.
Trial period
After registration you get a 14-day trial with all features. A credit card isn't needed to start. After 14 days the account switches to suspended — the booking page stops being available to guests until the subscription is paid.
If you register from another user's referral link, you get a 21-day trial instead of the standard 14.
VAT invoices
For every order we issue a proforma invoice (before payment) — you can download it from your payment history and pay by bank transfer instead of through Przelewy24.
After the payment is confirmed, we issue a VAT invoice through KSeF (the National e-Invoicing System) within 7 business days — the document is sent to the account email. If you want an invoice for your company, fill in your tax ID in the Profile details section before paying.
