Smoobu is a mature international machine, and if you manage a growing portfolio and need a real channel manager with price sync it will be a strong choice. For a Polish owner of a few apartments, erphome.pl is simply the better fit: a subscription in zloty lower than the Smoobu plans (which grow by about EUR 9.60 for each apartment beyond the first), BLIK and Przelewy24 payments instead of Stripe and PayPal, a Polish VAT invoice with no exchange rate risk, and a page built for Polish search terms. In fairness: Smoobu portal sync is more complete than our iCal.

On the Professional Flex plan, yes: 0.9% per booking. The Prepaid plan removes that fee in exchange for a higher subscription. With erphome.pl the booking commission is always 0%, on every plan.
With erphome.pl, yes. Payments run through your own Przelewy24 or PayU account, so guests pay by BLIK and instant transfer and the money goes straight to you. Smoobu integrates with Stripe and PayPal, among others.
Not to the same extent. erphome.pl syncs calendars with Booking.com and Airbnb over iCal every hour (protecting against double bookings) but does not sync prices. If central price management across the portals is critical, that is where Smoobu wins.
