Questions about pricing and billing

Are the prices net or gross?
All prices are quoted net. VAT of 23% is added to every amount. For example PLN 27.99 net a month (annual plan) comes to PLN 34.43 gross. We always issue a VAT invoice.
Do I need a company and a tax number?
No. A private individual can open an account and pay the subscription, with no business activity and no tax number. In that case we invoice you as a private individual. You give a tax number only if you want the invoice made out to a company.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No. We charge only a fixed monthly subscription. No booking commission and no revenue share: if a guest pays you PLN 1,000, the whole amount goes to you.
How does payment work?
You pay the subscription through Przelewy24: BLIK, instant transfer or card. Billed monthly or in advance (3, 6 or 12 months at a discount). Payments from guests (optional) go straight to your own account.
What does more than one apartment cost?
The base plan covers 2 apartments. Each further one (the 3rd and beyond) is +PLN 15.00 net a month, with its own reservation page.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, there is no fixed-term contract. On the monthly plan you cancel at the end of the billing period; the annual plan runs to the end of the year you paid for.
Does the trial require a credit card?
No. The first 14 days are completely free, with no card details. After the trial you choose a plan or walk away, and nothing is charged automatically.
