IdoBooking is a full booking system with a channel manager, its own payment operator (IdoPay) and websites built by their team, priced for properties with a dozen or more rooms. erphome.pl is a simpler tool: a reservation page ready automatically once you register, on a fixed subscription, designed for owners of 1 to 5 apartments. The figures below come from the official IdoBooking price lists (subscriptions: 01.02.2026, IdoPay: 01.06.2026, SMS: 01.09.2025); all amounts are net.

These are tools from different price brackets and different scales. IdoBooking makes sense with a dozen or more rooms and a real need for a full channel manager with price sync, but getting in costs: a website implementation package from PLN 2,999 and PLN 189/month with no commission (or 2.5% of turnover). For the owner of 1 to 5 apartments, erphome.pl does what matters most: your own page with commission-free bookings, calendar sync, payments into your account, on a fixed subscription an order of magnitude lower and with no start-up cost. In fairness: if you need PRICE sync to the portals or SMS to guests, IdoBooking has the advantage today.
Per the price list of 1 February 2026: the Commission subscription is PLN 99 net a year plus 2.5% commission on the value of online bookings, and the Flat subscription is PLN 189 net a month (0% commission, up to 12 rooms, +PLN 15 for each further room). On top of that come website implementation packages from PLN 2,999 and optional fees (API PLN 30 to 60 a month, White-Label PLN 260 a month, SMS from PLN 0.09).
An example: at PLN 10,000 of monthly online booking turnover, the IdoBooking Commission subscription costs around PLN 250 a month (2.5%) and the Flat one PLN 189 a month, and both add a one-off website implementation from PLN 2,999. erphome.pl is PLN 34.99 net/mo. with no commission and no start-up cost. With a small number of apartments the difference is severalfold.
Not in the full sense. erphome.pl syncs CALENDARS with Booking.com and Airbnb over iCal every hour (blocking dates in both directions, protecting against double bookings), but it does not sync prices or listing content. If you manage a dozen or more rooms and change prices centrally, the full IdoBooking channel manager has the advantage.
erphome.pl takes no commission on bookings or payments. Guests pay through your own Przelewy24 or PayU account, and you settle the payment operator fee directly with them under your own contract. In IdoBooking, payments are handled by IdoPay: 1.3% for BLIK/PayByLink and an IF++ model for cards.
