Do I have to leave Booking.com and Airbnb?
No. Your own reservation page does not replace the portals, it works alongside them. The portals bring reach among new guests, while your page takes over bookings from returning guests and referrals, the ones you pay commission on today.
Will I lose bookings by moving to direct bookings?
You lose nothing from the portals, you are still there. You are simply adding a channel that is free for you: guests who already know you go to your own page instead of costing you commission all over again.
How do I connect the calendars so there are no double bookings?
You copy the iCal link from Booking.com and Airbnb and paste it into the erphome.pl panel. The system fetches occupied dates every hour and blocks them on your page (and the other way round, through the export link).
What does a commission-free page cost?
A fixed subscription from PLN 27.99 net a month (annual plan), with no commission on bookings and no setup fee. A VAT invoice. 14 days free, no card.
