The long-stay discount is an automatic percentage discount applied when a guest books at least X nights. You can set up to 3 tiers — the system always applies the one with the highest discount among the tiers the guest meets.
Where to set it
Settings → Pricing → the "Discounts" card → the "For a long stay" section.
How it works
Each tier is a pair: minimum number of nights + discount in percent. When booking, the system checks all tiers and applies the one with the highest discount among those that are met. With a typical setup (more nights = higher discount) this is also the tier with the most nights.
Example with 3 tiers:

How the discount is calculated
The discount is applied to the base accommodation amount (price/night × number of nights), after seasonal and day prices are accounted for, but before mandatory additional fees are added.
For a base price of 350 PLN and a 10% discount (≥ 14 nights):
- 14 nights × 350 PLN = 4,900 PLN
- 10% discount = −490 PLN
- Total: 4,410 PLN (= 315 PLN/night)
Example tiers for different apartment types
Holiday apartment (seasonal):
- 7 nights → −5% (a week)
- 14 nights → −10% (two weeks)
Year-round apartment (short-term rental):
- 7 nights → −5%
- 14 nights → −10%
- 28 nights → −20% (monthly)
Apartment with a long-term offer:
- 14 nights → −8%
- 30 nights → −15%
- 90 nights → −25%
How the guest sees it
On the booking page, when selecting dates, the guest sees the total price updated in real time — with the discount included if they meet a tier. The discount is clearly shown in the summary as a separate line.
Configuration
- Enter Min. nights and Discount % for each tier (you can fill in 1, 2 or all 3).
- Leave fields empty for unused tiers.
- Click "Save discounts".
The tiers don't have to be in order — the system sorts them automatically from smallest to largest.
The long-stay discount stacks with the last-minute discount — the guest can get both if they meet both conditions.
