erphome.pl is a SaaS platform that creates a ready-made booking page for your apartment. The page looks professional, is fully customizable, and allows you to accept reservations without intermediaries — no commissions to Airbnb, Booking.com or any other service.
No. We charge only a fixed monthly subscription. No booking commissions, no revenue share. If a guest pays you 1000 PLN, the full amount goes to you.
No — payment gateway integration is completely optional. Without it, the page works in inquiry mode: guests send a booking request, and you confirm it directly and arrange payment (bank transfer, BLIK or cash on arrival). If you want to collect prepayments automatically, you can connect your own Przelewy24 account in the panel.
iCal is a calendar format exported by Booking.com and Airbnb. Thanks to it, your erphome.pl page knows which dates are already occupied on other platforms and automatically blocks them in the booking form. This eliminates the risk of double bookings.
In your Booking.com and Airbnb panel, you copy your iCal calendar link and paste it in the erphome.pl settings. Our system fetches up-to-date availability every hour and updates your booking page calendar.
No — you connect your own Przelewy24 account directly in the panel. Guest payments go straight to your bank account. We do not intermediate in any transactions and have no access to your funds.
We issue a VAT invoice for each billing period (monthly or annual). Prices are listed net. 23% VAT is added to each amount. The invoice includes full data for business expense accounting.
Yes, for an additional 10 PLN net/month. If you already have a domain — a simple DNS redirect is all it takes, and we help with that. If you don't have a domain yet, we also help you buy one: we'll advise on the right name and registrar, and walk you through the whole setup.
Yes. There is no fixed-term contract. Cancellation of the monthly plan is possible at the end of the billing period. For the annual plan, the subscription runs until the end of the paid year.
Guest personal data (name, email, phone) is stored exclusively on servers in Europe and is not shared with third parties. As the apartment owner, you are the data controller for your guests' data — you process it based on the rental agreement with the guest (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We provide HTTPS encryption and secure storage.
